Tour in Fisherman's Wharf---by Tim

On this weekend, I visited Pier 39 of Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli Square with my friends.

It cost about 100 minutes to get there by bus F and light rail transit, so when I got there, I was a little exhausted.

Our main target to Pier 39 is to see the world famous sea lions, because it's not common to see sea lions even in the zoos.Besides, we also want to taste the delicate crabs here to compare with cream crabs which is very famous in my hometown's night market.

There are crowded of tourists come to here to experience beautiful scene and relaxing atmosphere, and it's very interesting to see some tourist wearing T-shirt or hoodies with logo, California Grizzly Bear. Although my hometown, Keelung, is also famous for its main port of north of Taiwan, I think that Keelung still lack some condition to develop into tourist resort such like PIER 39.

For example, we do not have a specific plan to separate the site around the port into different characteristic district and magnify my hometown's features to attract tourists.Besides, our port always has the sticky smell, and tourists who ever been to Keelung all knew this truth, so it is a difficult task to attract these people come to Keelung again.

PIER 39 has not only beautiful scene but also many interesting shops , so it is the good place to experience the culture of San Francisco and buy souvenirs.

Then, we went to a popular restaurant there to taste delicious crabs. Except for a little salty, I think the crab meat there is very fresh and tender, and I was very pleasant with the meals. However, it cost me a little much money to enjoy the delicacy!

Ghirardelli Square is a little far away from PIER, it would cost you about 20 minutes through walk.However, we also wanted to come here to buy palatable chocolate. There are various type of chocolate shop here, and it's just like there are a chocolate factory in San Francisco.

We also fascinated by different kinds of shops, so we didn't know which shop has the most delicious chocolate.Eventually, we just picked up a chocolate shop randomly and bough a bag of 100 pieces of chocolate!

It was a trip full of view and spirit enjoyment, and I was also happy to visit some famous place in San Francisco. I hope that next weekend I can go to visit the rest tourist resort in San Francisco!
