I think these auxiliary verbs have different impressions.
In my opinion, "should"means be supposed to do, it is not compulsive. "Have to" means that the person is forced to do something by others. And "must" means the person himself force him to do something. For examples:
1.I should eat breakfast this morning, but I didn't.
2.I have to do my homework now because my mother tells me that.
3.I must get to the airport at 10am.
It's difficult to compare "have to" and "must", just remember the former is forced by others, the latter is subjective.
